Our very first centrepin designs were handed to our test team over a decade ago and during that period the Wildriver ‘pins have proven to be an incredibly diverse tool. The fluid drum rotates freely at the merest flick of a finger and a float trotting the stream will take line uninterrupted and without resistance. It’s the ultimate in control. The Wildriver is also a reel for intimate legering on small rivers when a chub or barbel can slam the rod over ripping line from the pin’s ratchet, and it’s also a great weapon when margin fishing for carp and tench.
